All orders placed before 3pm will be processed the same day; please note, if ordered after these will be processed the following working day. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
All orders will be dispatched within 48 working hours of the order being placed. These are then sent on a Royal Mail 48 – second class equivalent – as standard, delivery upgrades are available by speaking to our customer service team. Standard deliveries can take 2-5 working days to arrive, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery before asking where your order is. Currently we do not track single item orders; any order of 2 or more items will require a signature upon delivery and will be fully tracked and recorded – your tracking code can be retrieved by speaking to our customer service team.
We do not accept returns on personalised goods; if your item is damaged or faulty please go to our returns section or contact our customer service team for this to be replaced as quickly as possible. We cannot provide returns or refunds on items that arrived after the date required, if your item is needed for specific date please contact our customer service team who will be able to advise the best delivery option for your order.
